Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

All return requests must be submitted to Snow Village Commercial Equipment in writing to obtain prior approval. Products may not be returned without written authorization from Snow Village Commercial Equipment. Only unused items in their original packaging will be accepted for return, and the request must be made within 14 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee and all applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or credit issued. Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to approval of a refund or credit.


WARRANTY POLICY

Snow Village Commercial Equipment provides a one-year parts and labor warranty to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery, provided proof of purchase is presented. This warranty applies exclusively to products sold directly by Atlantic Supermarket Equipment or its authorized suppliers. Atlantic Supermarket Equipment will repair or replace items that are determined to have manufacturer defects. The decision to repair or replace will be at Atlantic Supermarket Equipment’s discretion.

All warranty claims must be made directly to Atlantic Supermarket Equipment using the contact details provided below. Any costs incurred for unauthorized repairs or services performed without prior approval will not be reimbursed.

Warranty labor coverage applies to services performed within 50 miles of an authorized service center. For locations beyond 50 miles, the owner is responsible for transportation of the product to the nearest service location, as well as any additional time and travel expenses incurred. Warranty repairs must be conducted during regular service hours; any overtime charges will be billed to the owner.

It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect all shipments for damage, including hidden damage, and report claims promptly upon delivery.

The following items are not covered under Snow Village Commercial Equipment's warranty:

  • Any product not used, installed, or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, including incorrect electrical or gas connections.
  • Products mishandled, abused, subjected to harsh chemicals, damaged by natural disasters, modified by unauthorized personnel, or with altered/missing serial numbers.
  • Labor charges resulting from delays, waiting time, or other restrictions hindering service technicians.
  • Replacement parts subject to normal wear and tear.
  • Any loss of business or profits due to equipment issues.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, improper installation, accidents, fire, or theft.

This warranty applies only within the United States and is non-transferable. Products located outside the U.S. are not covered. If a technician determines that a reported issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for any service charges incurred.
