Warehouse Pickup — Free
Pick your order up at our Jamaica, NY warehouse. In-stock orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we will email you when yours is. Bring a vehicle that fits the unit and someone to help — our crew will help you load it.
Free Local Delivery — within 50 miles
If your address is within 50 miles of our Jamaica, NY warehouse, delivery is free, with no minimum order. That covers all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, northern New Jersey and southwestern Connecticut. We bring it to your curb or loading area; moving it inside is on you. Typically 1–2 business days. Select Local delivery at checkout — it only appears if your address qualifies.
White Glove Inside Delivery — $400
Want it inside instead of at the curb? Add White Glove Inside Delivery on the product page before you check out. Our crew brings the unit in to where you want it, unpacks it, and takes the packaging away. Most sellers drop commercial equipment on the sidewalk and drive off; getting a 400 lb reach-in through a doorway is the part we handle.
White glove runs on our own truck, so it is available in the same 50-mile New York metro area as free local delivery — not beyond it. We confirm the details with you before scheduling.
Everywhere Else in the U.S. — LTL Freight
Outside the 50-mile radius — including upstate New York — your order goes by freight. Choose Out-of-Area Freight at checkout. We book the freight and email you the exact cost to approve before anything ships. You are never charged a shipping rate you have not seen first.
Freight delivery is curbside. The carrier will not bring the unit inside or unpack it. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift, tell us and we will include a liftgate in your quote — otherwise you will need to unload the unit yourselves.
Old Unit Haul-Away — $299 per unit
Add haul-away on the product page and our crew takes your old unit away when they deliver the new one. Federal law (EPA Section 608) requires refrigerant to be recovered by a certified technician before any cooling unit is scrapped, so your old unit goes to an EPA-certified recycler and we handle the paperwork. One old unit per haul-away, same type as the one you are buying, emptied and unplugged before we arrive. Available with local delivery and white glove delivery — not with warehouse pickup or LTL freight.
Walk-In Coolers and Custom Builds
Walk-in boxes and custom-built units are quoted individually, delivery included in the quote. Call or email us and we will put a number together.
On Delivery
Inspect your shipment before you sign, including for hidden damage. Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt, take photos, keep the packaging, and contact us within one business day so we can file the claim.
