Are your prices really the lowest online?
Yes. We sell factory-direct, so you skip the dealer markup — we benchmark against the lowest online sellers and come in under them.

How can I pay?
All major cards, plus Shop Pay to split your order into installments.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Where do you ship from?
Our own warehouse in Jamaica, NY. In-stock units ship within 1–2 business days.

Is local pickup free?
Yes — free pickup at our New York warehouse, usually ready within 24 hours.

Do you deliver?
New York-metro white-glove delivery is a flat $400 — we bring it inside, not just curbside. Outside the metro, we arrange LTL freight and quote you the rate.

Why are your lead times reliable?
Because we stock locally in New York, so you are not waiting on overseas drop-ship.

Warranty & Service

What warranty is included?
Every unit ships with a one-year parts-and-labor warranty plus a five-year compressor warranty, standard. Walk-in coolers carry a one-year warranty.

Can I extend it?
Yes — upgrade to two- or three-year parts-and-labor coverage right on the product page; it adds to your cart with the unit.

Products

Are these commercial-grade?
Yes — ETL-certified, Energy Star where applicable, and built with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Made for restaurants, retail, and commercial use.

Can you build something custom?
We do custom manufacturing, including walk-in coolers sized to your space. Call or email us for a quote.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — no restocking fee. Contact us first for a return authorization. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, and custom or built-to-order units (like walk-ins) cannot be returned. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
